INGREDIENTS
- 1 can salmon, boned
- 1 1/2 c. rolled crackers, saltines
- 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1 c. boiling water
INSTRUCTIONS
Mix well and put in casserole: salmon, 1 cup crackers, eggs, salt and pepper. Mix 1/2 cup crackers with butter and spread over top.
Pour over all water and bake at 350 degrees until brown. The canned salmon recipe is ready to serve,...enjoy it !
